This bed and breakfast is owned by our Connek Ja family Jade who has always been an ally to the community and also makes the most amazing meals for purchase. Jade has been a huge support of Jamsterdam, RAGGA NYC and CONNEK for sometime now. She is dedicated to making sure all international attendees feel at home in her humble bed and breakfast. One32 Guest House has a outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, garden, bar and shared lounge all in a secure, gated part of Kingston. The private suites of One32 Guest House have their own entrance, bathroom and kitchen. The single rooms in the shared suites have share bathroom and kitchens.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our contractual agreements with hotels and other travel vendors will not allow us to obtain refunds after booking to guarantee our group discounts.  View the travel insurance below. The purchase of Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment  just in case "what if " happens.  It is better to have insurance and not need it, than to need it and not have it! Most companies offer “cancel for any reason” coverage at a very low cost. Below are several suggested travel insurance companies. Please review  the best plan for you. You can also "Google"  "travel insurance companies", "travel insurance" or  "travel protection" for additional options.  Make sure you purchase a "Comprehensive Plan" if you would like to add your flight to your insurance later. If you have a pre-existing condition, many plans require purchase within 14-21 days of making the deposit. PAYMENTS TO CONNEK JA
1. Payments are NOT automatically drafted from your card or account. You will be sent automated reminders for a schedule you set with your CONNEK attendee application.
2. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please email us at info@connekja.com. We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible and understand that sometimes things do not go as planned. 
Final payment is March 15, 2020 for all packages.

CONNEK JA does not store any financial or sensitive user data on WeTravel servers. User data such as credit card numbers, bank accounts or SSNs are immediately and securely transmitted to our payment provider with bank-grade SSL encryption.

CREDIT CARD AND ACH PAYMENTS
Payments by credit card, will incur a standard 2.9% transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% for AMEX. There are no fees with ACH bank account payments. ACH transfers will not post to your reservation for 5-7 business days.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT/ TRIP RESERVATION
With every package purchased for international attendees CONNEK will be making a CONNEK package PDF with all the information you need for your trip, trip essential information, our personal contact information, and details about the trip to come. You as an international attendees will be added to our custom mailing list that will keep you up to date on all things CONNEK as we prepare for the trip in November.
